Here at Scorpion Motorsports we understand that your vehicle says something about you. We strive to offer the best in high quality motorsports vehicles, but staying within the confines of “production” means that we can only offer a certain degree of customization without seriously impacting your budget. So, Scorpion has taken on a new division that will allow our more unique customers to get into the Scorpion product that suits their budget and allows for an infinite level of customization. These Scorpion “kits” are sold without title, MSO, MCO, or any other forms of registerable documentation. The original design is intended to meet all laws of the Code of Federal Regulations for Motorcycles in the USA, however Scorpion Motorsports cannot ensure that kits are put together safely, reliable, or according to applicable laws and regulations, so there is no warranty, guarantee, or promise that your kit will be eligible to receive a title. Potential owners should check with their state DMV for laws on home built vehicles, ASPT vehicles, or any similar type before purchasing to make sure they understand what they are buying.
